The inspection
The estimator reviews slab condition, height differences, drainage, cracks, access and likely causes of settlement. You do not always have to be home, although being available in person or by phone helps the estimator understand your concerns and explain the proposed work.
Job preparation
The crew confirms the intended elevations and creates access for hoses and equipment. Injection holes are drilled at locations chosen to control how each slab moves.
Controlled lifting
Masonry slurry is injected beneath the concrete. It fills cavities and raises the slab as pressure builds. Technicians monitor movement throughout the process, then patch the holes when lifting is complete.
Timing and use
Many residential projects take approximately 2–9 hours depending on size and severity. Because the existing slab remains in place, disruption is usually much shorter than removal and replacement.
